I have been associated with this institution for 2 years, starting as an intern. It is a non-governmental organization that has provided me with numerous learning opportunities. When I initially joined, I had limited knowledge and experience. Through this organization, I have had the chance to meet people from various fields and work towards improving their standard of living through Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) initiatives. We have conducted awareness programs on diseases like cancer, breast cancer, and menstrual health in different schools and colleges. Working with a team, I have learned the importance of collaboration and teamwork. We have also focused on environmental initiatives, which has allowed me to acquire new skills and knowledge. I have had a very positive experience throughout this journey. Currently, I hold a position in Youth Lead at LGHF, and I am actively involved in their work. We organized a fantastic vriksh bandhan activity at National Public Inter College, raising awareness about plastic and its impact. The children had a blast making eco-friendly rakhees and tying them to trees, fostering a sense of tree conservation. Together, let's save our precious trees and protect the environment
Adding another feather in it's cap, our team conducted an interactive session on 'Holistic growth of a child and the role of parents in providing the right supportive environment' at Lucknow Public International School, Barabanki.
Our sincere gratitude to Mrs. Shalini Tewari - principal ma'am, Miss. Preeti Singh, Criminal Lawyer and Mr. Ashish Maurya for making this session, equally motivating and eye-opening. Miss Kriti Srivastava and Mr. Surya Pratap Singh were also present with LGHF.
